My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Michael Goodrich recently on the purchase of a new CR-V. We are old, the type that buy a new vehicle every 10-12 years, so Michael had his work cut out for him on explaining all the modern features of a newer car! Michael was very patient and thorough in demonstrating the features of the CR-V, and I believe we got the best one on the lot! Pleasantly surprised at how well it went. I've pretty much never had any good experiences at any car dealership. My Accord had an air bag recall. I called & set up appointment. They called a week ago to say they only had the passenger's side piece in stock - did I want to keep appointment or reschedule? I decided to keep and had another small item to attend to. They told me there was a diagnostic fee for what I wanted. I said go ahead & do it. Took care of the problem, no further charge; courteous & professional & good communication. Refreshing to be treated this way.
