Great customer service. I brought my 2017 CR-V to Billy Craft Honda Thursday morning because the tire light was illuminated on the dashboard. Mike, a service representative, greeted me with a smile. He listened to my concerns. He quickly left his station, stating he would be happy to assist me. He explained what he was doing, and instructed me on what I could do the next time something like this happened. He checked all the tires and made adjustments.
